Last word from Zambia Medical/Dental Team

Thanks again from the Team---for your encouragement and prayers for our trip. We thank all who came to the airport to welcome us home. "Home Sweet Home" is very real.

As we said many times---GOD was there....so..... our mission was to preach the Gospel at all times --using words when necessary! ......but we must focus on the point that there is a shortage of medical know-how and supplies.

For those who are interested in Medical Missions, it is important to perform surgery, set up clinics, treat patients, educate staff and help build a Hospital that can grow and become useful and productive in the community and surrounding area. And that means we have to continue to "PRAY" but we also have to "GIVE" and "GO".

If we are to continue to be visable in Zimba we need teams of doctors (medical and dental) and nurses, and several who are willing to be 'helpers' in the medical circle.

So we want you to PRAY - We want to encourage you to GO. We want you to GIVE so we can send equipment and medicines.

We want you to GIVE of your time and your ideas and visions and your aid so that although you may not make the trip you can provide an avenue for someone who wants to go. You may have just the right idea to put a plan together for a successful mission. GIVE what you can!

We have made a good start in Zimba. We have a couple who will commit to staying in Zimba so we can have accountability....We look for others who will go and do the same.

If this project is to grow and if we want to be the Church that will make a difference in Zambia then we have to move forward with purpose.

Think on these things - Pray on these things and contact the Mission's Office. Eric Angel or Abby Pates...telephone # 901-261-4386.
