Manila Team - First Update

We arrived in Malina very late Saturday night and moved into the quest house where we will be staying for the week. Sunday morning we went to church at Faith Fellowship and met our missionary host family, the Burdicks, and many wonderful people at the church. The worship was such a blessing - the church really knows how to praise God - and the teaching was very good.

After lunch we had our first 'Redemption' rehearsal, with Dave and Jeannie working with the band while Wayne and the others practiced with the choir. We were delighted at how well prepared the musicians here were, and they are such sweet and friendly people. We feel the bond of the Spirit between us strongly and look forward to a great week ahead.
